Depending on service conditions and other important considerations, these castings are provided in one of several special grades of manganese steel. Special Removing riser way.
1.The left picture shows the fine riser grain with proper pouring temperature.
2. The right picture shows we use the UK Clansman CC1000 Air Hammer to remove the riser accurately and efficiently, avoid cutting by using traditional methods, which not only caused a lot of waste material oxidation, but also cast riser will bring harmful effects, especially damage the microstructure and crack.
This hammer is 458 kgs
