Product Description
The concrete pipe mold/mold bottom ring/bottom tray/bottom pallet is an obligate spare part while a reinforced concrete/cement pipe is being produced. It is used for supporting/lifting the reinforcement cage, the outside pipe mold, and all the concrete materials during producing a pipe, so the bottom ring/bottom tray/bottom pallets must be very strong enough and wear-resistant. After finishing the production of a pipe, the bottom pallets/bottom ring/bottom tray will still keep supporting the reinforced concrete/cement pipe till the pipe is completely cured, and then the pallets/ring/tray can be taken down and will be reused in the next recycle.

Our company's advantages:
1) Our factory is a state-owned large enterprise, and there is absolutely no environmental protection problem. Under the current strict environmental protection policy in China, some small foundries, even machining factories, will be forced to stop working and stop production when the weather is even slightly polluted, but our factory will never stop production because of this. 4) We now use CNC machine tools for machining all the pallets, so the dimensional accuracy and surface finish are very good.
