Product Description
The hammer crusher is suitable for the fine crushing stage of medium and low hardness materials. It is used for crushing brittle materials with ore compressive strength not exceeding 120Mpa and medium hardness, such as coal, limestone, gypsum, soft refractory materials, and is also used for crushing Fibrous structure, strong elasticity and toughness of broken wood, paper or crushed asbestos cement waste to recycle asbestos fibers, etc.; (can be used in coal mines, power plants, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, highways, construction and large-scale engineering materials)

Hammer crusher is widely used in the work of mine, building material, road, railway, irrigation, chemical industry, ect. It is especially used to crush limestone and medium hard materials which compression strength are less than 200Mpa.
Working Principle
The hammer crusher is mainly composed of casing, rotor, bearing iron and grate bars and other components. The casing is divided into upper and lower parts, which are welded after cutting steel plates, and the rest of the parts are connected into one body with bolts. The inside of the casing is inlaid with a high manganese steel liner, which can be replaced after wear and tear. There are groups of regularly distributed hammers installed on the main shaft of the hammer crusher, which form the rotor with the turntable and the hammer shaft. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is pulverized by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particle size smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and then passes through the sieve plate Drain out of machine.

Packing: The normal package is wooden box. we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
