ZS series slurry pump is developed to be of the advanced world level based on our 40 years of pump manufacturing and abundant trash pump technology, fully analyzing its different field operation requirements for different industrial applications, introducing the most advanced design theory and collecting the trade talents at home and abroad.
Feature
1. Our Pump wet parts are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy.
2. Our Pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily. They can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
3. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal for all slurry pump.
4. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications at its working site.
5. There are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
6. Wide performance, good NPSH and high efficiency. The slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

Advantages
Wear - resistant rubber as liners prolongs the service life by 2-4 times
Internal rubber liners with small specific gravity can effectively improve the impeller speed. Maximum flow rate than other slurry pump can improve the efficiency of the whole 10-20%, overall efficiency increased more than 30%.
Small specific gravity wet parts, convenient maintenance, low noise; reduce the number of repair personnel and the operational maintenance cost

Product Structure
The main components of wear-resistant slurry pump includes impeller, motor, sheath etc. Sheath and impeller. The auxiliary suspenders simply remove the pump shell, and are convenient for maintenance.
