3)Facilities and equipments: silica sol medium-temperature precision casting production lines, 10 wax injection machine, 1 wax removel machine, 2 roasters, 5 shot blasting and 2 sand removal machines, 4 chamferring machine, 6 rough grinding machines and we have advanced inpsection instruments.
4)Material can be casted: high carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, such as 304 316 316L 410 420 430 440 2205 17-4PH 1020 42CrMo and so on.

1. How many days it will take to develop one new item?
It will take about 20days to make molds and make samples for your checking.
2. What is your common delivery time for a bulk production?
Commonly 20-30days after prepayment paid
3. If we do not have related drawings, could you make drawing for us?
Yes, we can. Only you offer us detail information about your samples, our engineer can make correct drawings for you.
4. What is common payment terms?
TT full payment for molds, then samples confirmed. The 30% TT prepayment should be arranged, then balance against BL copy.
